Do you want a move-in ready home or are you willing to make some updates? Narrowing down this criteria will help your realtor tremendously + you’ll avoid wasting your time looking at homes that don’t check your boxes.

4. Make an offer • When you find the right home, time is of the essence. Submit a strong offer and be ready to negotiate to get the deal done.

5. Stay Organized • Coordinate with your realtor, mortgage lender, and title company to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
